- Account Registration & Sign-in (Minimal Server Storage): When signing in through social identity providers (Google Sign-In, Sign In with Apple), we store your unique identifier (UID), email address, name, tier status, and monthly AI usage count on the server.
- Encrypted Device Local Storage (NEVER Stored on Server DB): Basic body profile (gender, age, height, weight) and body measurement history (body size dimensions, body fat percentage, face/jawline AI analysis reports) are NEVER stored on cloud server databases. They are stored EXCLUSIVELY inside your device's encrypted local storage (SecureStore / MMKV).
- Eyesbody Photo Files (Local Device Storage): Photos captured or selected are stored on your local device filesystem for offline visual comparisons and charts.
2. Purposes of Using Personal Information
The Company uses the collected personal information only for the following purposes:
- User Identification & Service Provision: Verifying identity and linking social accounts for user profile management.
- Body Data Analysis & Visualization: Calculating body fat percentage using the US Navy formula, visualizing weight and body fat trends via charts, and showing changes in body size over time.
- Service Personalization & Before-After Comparison: Enabling the drag-slider visual comparison feature for eyesbody photos.
3. Collection and Processing of Facial Data & Third-Party AI Services
To provide AI-powered facial body composition and contour analysis, the Service processes user facial photographs under strict privacy standards:
- Types of Facial Data Processed: User-uploaded front and side facial photographs, combined with user-provided physical attributes (gender, age, height, weight).
- Third-Party AI Service Transmission: Facial data and physical parameters are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) to Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini Vision API) solely for processing the inference (estimating body fat percentage, jawline definition score, cheek fat level, double chin layer, and facial bloating index).
- Stateless Transient Processing & Zero Retention: Facial images are processed statelessly in temporary memory buffers during the request and immediately discarded upon completion (0-second server retention). Facial data is NEVER stored on external servers, NEVER used for biometric identification or facial recognition (e.g., Face ID), and NEVER used by Google or DaimonTech to train AI models.
- Explicit Consent & Control: Facial data is transmitted strictly after obtaining explicit in-app user consent. Users maintain full control to delete their local photo files, measurement history, or entire user account at any time.
4. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
The Company retains and uses personal information while you use the Service. When a user requests account deletion (membership withdrawal) or withdraws consent to collect and use personal information, the collected personal information is immediately and permanently destroyed.
4. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved. The procedure and method are as follows:
- Procedure: Information requested for deletion by the user or whose retention period has expired is deleted using irreversible technical methods.
- Method: Personal information stored in electronic files is permanently deleted using techniques that prevent reproduction. Any paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
5. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users can view, modify, or delete their registered personal information at any time. You can view, correct, or delete your information directly via the profile settings and the account deletion feature inside the Service.
